The Anti-Candida Diet for depression is a natural remedy for depression if your depression is brought about by Candida yeast overgrowth.

In Depression Free, Naturally, Joan Mathews Larson, Ph.D., recommends that you avoid the following in the first 3 weeks of your anti-candida diet for depression – fruits and fruit juices, cheeses (especially moldy cheeses like blue cheese), vinegar containing foods, mushrooms, melons, leftover foods (because molds grow quickly), breads and peanuts.
